Prerequisites

An account with Need More Time and the managed email service.

Information

The email service provides email addresses on your own domain name, with industry leading spam filtering and anti-virus scanning of all emails received.

Emails can be retrieved either through a POP3 email client such as Microsoft Outlook, or through our web based email system using a web browser such as Internet Explorer.

To use a POP3 email client
  1. The incoming mail (POP3) server name is pop3.nmtweb.co.uk
  2. Your username is the same as your email address
  3. Your password will be allocated to you
  4. The outgoing mail (SMTP) server name is smtp.nmtweb.co.uk
  5. You need to tick the box labelled “Outbound server requires authentication” (or similar) – the authentication username and password are the same as those for the incoming mail server.

To use the web based email system
  1. Open a web browser and navigate to http://webmail.nmtweb.co.uk
  2. Your username is the same as your email address
  3. Your password will be allocated to you, and is the same as that used for a POP3 email client.
