Blackberry - Call Divert Setup

Introduction

A quick guide to diverting calls on your BlackBerry, this is useful if you are using our call handling service and wish to divert calls from your mobile.

Divert is frequently used by our customers to divert calls they wish to be answered by us.

Prerequisites

A Blackberry phone with an active contract (or pay as you go tariff).

Information

Before you begin: To perform this task, your wireless service provider must set up your SIM card or BlackBerry device for this service.

Call Diversion

1. From the Home screen, press the Send key.
2. Press the key > Options > Call Forwarding.
3. Press the key.
4. To add a call forwarding number, click New Number. Type a phone number. Press the key on the keyboard.
5. To change a call forwarding number, click Edit Numbers. Highlight a phone number. Press the key > Edit. Change the phone number. Press the key on the keyboard.
6. To delete a call forwarding number, click Edit Numbers. Click a phone number. Click Delete.
7. Press the key > Close.
