A short overview of commonly used BT short codes for managing your calls. Including divert, ring back, call waiting etc.

BT Divert is frequently used by our customer to divert calls they wish to be answered by us. For example, in situations where the call rings for 15 seconds and it is not answered the call diverts to Need More Time.

Divert your calls to another number when your away from your phone.

Call Waiting

Tells you when other calls are trying to get through.

Note: You will hear a beep when someone is trying to call when you are on the phone.

Ring Back

You can bar certain types of calls from being made from your phone or bar incoming calls.
